This website is operated by Hugueth Contreras, who works as Dr. Hugi, a licensed insurance agent and real estate sales associate in Palm City, Florida. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Dr. Hugi. This policy explains what this website collects, what we do with it and the choices you have. It covers this website only.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill in a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, your email address, your state of residence, your phone number, the topic you are interested in, and anything you write in the message box.
Information collected automatically. Like every website, the servers that host this site receive standard technical information with each page request, such as your IP address, your browser type and the time of the request. We do not use this to identify you.
What we do not use. This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies. It saves one setting in your own browser, your choice of light or dark theme. That setting stays on your device and is never sent to us.
Please do not send social security numbers, account numbers, health information or other sensitive details through this website.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to respond to your request and arrange your call, to confirm that we are licensed in your state before discussing insurance, to add you to our email newsletter (submitting any form on this site subscribes you) and send you information about our services and educational content by email, to contact you by phone as described in the next section, and to keep the records the law requires of us. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can use it at any time.
Calls and texts
When you ask for a call, we call you back at the number you gave us, in response to your request. We will only send you automated or prerecorded calls, or marketing text messages, if you agreed to them with the consent box on our contact form. That consent is never a condition of purchasing anything. You can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by emailing or calling us using the details at the end of this policy.
Who we share it with
Service providers. We use outside companies to run this website and our business: website hosting, contact management and email delivery, and font delivery. They handle information on our behalf and only to provide those services. The fonts on this site are delivered by Google Fonts, so your browser requests the font files from Google, which receives your IP address when it does.
Insurance companies and World Financial Group Insurance Agency, LLC. Only if you decide to apply for a product. The information needed for your application is then shared with the insurance company and the agency as part of that process, and their own privacy notices will be given to you at that time.
Legal reasons. We may disclose information when the law, a court order or a regulator requires it, or when it is needed to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with other companies for their own marketing.
Do Not Track and third party tracking
This site does not track you over time or across other websites, so there is no tracking for a browser Do Not Track signal to switch off, and the site behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends one. We do not allow advertising networks or other third parties to collect personal information about your activity over time and across different websites through this site. The only outside resource these pages load is Google Fonts, described above.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hugi@acceleratedwealthventures.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can unsubscribe from our emails with the link in any email, and you can stop texts by replying STOP.
California and Nevada residents. We do not sell personal information. If you would still like to record a request that your information never be sold, email us at the address above and we will note it.
How long we keep it
We keep the information from your inquiry for as long as we need it to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Security
Information you submit through this site is encrypted while it travels between your browser and our servers, and we take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold. No website or method of storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This website is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
If you become an insurance customer
Federal and state law, including the Gramm Leach Bliley Act, require separate privacy notices when you become an insurance customer. Those notices are provided by the insurance company and the agency at that time. This policy covers this website only.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will say so at the top of this page.
